Gold Star Pinot Noir 2016

In the glass, look forward to expressive notes of fresh raspberry and bramble. On the palate, plump, juicy berry flavors are underpinned by touches of sweet spice, thanks to light aging in fine French oak. Well-structured with soft, food-friendly tannins, this silky Pinot is so versatile it gets a ‘gold star’ for food pairing. It’ll be delicious with nearly anything (we suggest grilled fish or creamy cheeses), but it’s also smooth enough to enjoy on its own.

Collezione di Paolo Bianco Vergine 2016

This Bianco is made with the native grapes Trebbiano and Malvasia (with a dash of Chardonnay for added texture) that grow in Valdichiana, a little-known region in Tuscany. This results in your glass are textbook Paolo — elegant, balanced and food-friendly.

This is the kind of white that Pinot Grigio die-hards should try immediately – it’s refreshing, stylish and filled with notes of pear, apple and tropical fruits.
