Nature has been very generous to this vineyard by delivering two great vintages in a row. After 2009 no-one thought it could happen again, then along came 2009. It was a very dry season that led to very concentrated small berries. Volume was way down at 27HL/Ha but we can't complain about the sheer density of color, weight and concentration of flavor. It's hard to pick a difference between the previous year, but 2010 seems to have softer edges and is much more approachable at a younger age.
