'A near-perfect wine’ from a ‘sleeping beauty’ vineyard
Today, you have exclusive access to this stunning Saint-Emilion Grand Cru from Bordeaux’s exceptional 2010 vintage. It's a wine that comes with the highest French praise …

Château Franc le Main was rated “a near-perfect wine” by Fabrice Sommier (head sommelier at Michelin 3-star restaurant Georges Blanc in Lyons, and previous winner of France's Best Sommelier). He also gives the wine a maximum 3-star rating and this review: “Beautiful aromatic complexity. Rich and full-bodied, with incredible finesse on the finish.” If that weren't enough, this silky 2011 Saint-Emilion also sports two coveted gold medals, from Le Concours National des Vignerons Independants in Paris and the prestigious Gilbert & Gaillard guide.

A 98-point vintage – sleeping beauty awakes!
After years of coveting this 500-year-old estate, Philippe Bardet finally secured Château Franc Le Maine in 2007. He’s since transformed this 30-acre plot of Merlot and Cabernet Franc (dubbed la belle endormie) into a sustainably farmed, dynamic vineyard that’s the envy of his neighbors.

In 2010 – a Saint-Emilion vintage Wine Spectator rates an overall 98 Points – Philippe harvested his ripest fruit yet and gave the wine two years in fine French oak.
